A company is looking for a Bilingual French/English Customer Service Agent to provide high-level customer service solutions remotely.

• Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of high-volume call center experience
• Must be fluent in both English and French
• Proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Office
• Experience with automatic dialers and both inbound and outbound call environments
• Must have a pleasant phone demeanor and strong customer service skills
