Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent II Bilingual (Spanish/English).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service in a contact center environment
- Coordinate claims and handle eligibility inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Document customer information in the CRM system and mentor other CSRs as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of college preferred
- 2+ years of contact center experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple screens/programs
