Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent (English/French) based in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic and detailed support to customers via email, live chat, and phone calls
- Act as an advocate for customers, reporting areas for improvement in products or processes
- Collaborate with the customer support team and provide feedback to product and development teams
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in written and spoken English and French
- 3+ years of customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with email, phone, and live chat support, particularly in troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Familiarity with Zendesk, LiveAgent, or Jira is a plus
