Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent (English/French) based in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide empathetic and detailed support to customers via email, live chat, and phone calls
  • Act as an advocate for customers, reporting areas for improvement in products or processes
  • Collaborate with the customer support team and provide feedback to product and development teams
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and French
  • 3+ years of customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with email, phone, and live chat support, particularly in troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, LiveAgent, or Jira is a plus
