Key Responsibilities
  • Process basic remote member transactions and perform various member services
  • Educate members on remote delivery channels and promote their use
  • Meet service level requirements by managing inbound calls effectively
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Financial industry and/or call center experience preferred but not required
  • Must be bondable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and telephone queue systems
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
