Job Summary

- Process basic remote member transactions and perform various member services
- Educate members on remote delivery channels and promote their use
- Meet service level requirements by managing inbound calls effectively
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Financial industry and/or call center experience preferred but not required
- Must be bondable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and telephone queue systems
- Fluent in English and Spanish
