Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Service Agent, responsible for providing excellent customer service through managing inbound calls, supporting email inquiries, and documenting customer interactions, in a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Support email inquiries and chatrooms while providing timely and accurate information
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the system and meet daily performance metrics
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong computer navigation skills and a minimum typing speed of 25wpm
- Ability to work from a quiet, distraction-free environment with required technical specifications
