Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Service Agent, responsible for providing excellent customer service through managing inbound calls, supporting email inquiries, and documenting customer interactions, in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Support email inquiries and chatrooms while providing timely and accurate information
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the system and meet daily performance metrics
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Strong computer navigation skills and a minimum typing speed of 25wpm
  • Ability to work from a quiet, distraction-free environment with required technical specifications
