Job Summary

Providing superior customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Agent will manage eligibility inquiries and coordinate claims in both English and Spanish while meeting call center metrics and ensuring customer confidentiality.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and claims electronically and via telephone in both English and Spanish
  • Meet established Service Level Agreement (SLA) goals and ensure first call resolution
  • Document customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and provide mentoring to other customer service representatives as needed
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of college preferred
  • 2+ years of contact center experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and programs while assisting customers
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in both English and Spanish
