Bilingual Customer Service Agent

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Agent, who will work remotely during evening shifts, to engage with customers proactively and professionally while providing exceptional service and support.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner
• Respond to inquiries and provide information while exceeding customer expectations
• De-escalate upset customers and explore all options to satisfy their needs

Required qualifications

• Bilingual (fully fluent in English and Spanish or Creole)
• Prior customer service or troubleshooting experience preferred
• Strong desire to resolve customer situations and take ownership
• Ability to multitask while engaging with customers
