Bilingual Customer Service Agent

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Reservationist who will engage with customers proactively and professionally, responding to inquiries and resolving issues while working from home during evening shifts.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to exceed expectations and provide information
• De-escalate upset customers and explore solutions to satisfy their needs
• Maintain product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service

Required qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Prior customer service or troubleshooting experience preferred
• Strong desire to help and take ownership of customer situations
