Job Summary

Providing high-level customer service solutions, the full-time remote Bilingual Customer Service Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls, assess customer needs, and ensure satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits
  • Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas, ensuring a high level of customer engagement
Required qualifications
  • At least one year of previous high-volume call center experience
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Fluency in both English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Windows and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Ability to work flexible hours and maintain a professional demeanor in a remote work environment
