Job Summary
Providing high-level customer service solutions, the full-time remote Bilingual Customer Service Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls, assess customer needs, and ensure satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Identify and assess customers' needs to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits
- Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas, ensuring a high level of customer engagement
Required qualifications
- At least one year of previous high-volume call center experience
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Fluency in both English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using Windows and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new software
- Ability to work flexible hours and maintain a professional demeanor in a remote work environment
