Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls or emails to assist patients with billing inquiries and complaints
  • Utilize various computer systems to resolve patient billing questions and document interactions
  • Negotiate with patients regarding financial liabilities and educate them on financial assistance programs
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years of experience in customer service, collections, or call center environment
  • Knowledge of EPIC and general medical billing processes
  • Knowledge of insurance and compliance regulations
  • Bilingual Certification through Alta Language Testing or approved Interpretation Services (if applicable)
