• Handle inbound and outbound calls for Spanish-speaking patients regarding billing inquiries and complaints
• Utilize computer systems to resolve patient billing questions and document interactions
• Negotiate payment resolutions and educate patients on financial assistance programs

Required Qualifications and Education

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, collections, or a call center environment
• Bilingual certification through Alta Language Testing
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of excellent customer service behaviors
• Preferred: Two years of experience in customer service or call center environment
