Job Summary

- Utilize computer systems to resolve patient billing questions and document interactions

Required Qualifications and Education
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, collections, or a call center environment
- Bilingual certification through Alta Language Testing
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of excellent customer service behaviors
- Preferred: Two years of experience in customer service or call center environment
