Job Summary

Required Qualifications and Education
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, collections, or a call center environment
  • Bilingual certification through Alta Language Testing
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of excellent customer service behaviors
  • Preferred: Two years of experience in customer service or call center environment
