Job Summary

Supporting students, faculty, and staff in a remote environment, the part-time Bilingual Customer Service Associate will manage customer interactions via voice and chat using Amazon Connect, while delivering empathetic and effective solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Support customers through voice and chat, resolving issues using AWS tools
  • Document interactions accurately and manage follow-ups in a fast-paced call center setting
  • Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with teammates to escalate complex issues
Required qualifications
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish (CERF C1 or higher)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old and reside in an approved state
  • Proficient in using web browsers and able to learn multiple systems
  • Available to work on Mondays due to high call volume
