Job Summary

To assist patients with billing inquiries and ensure satisfaction, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Associate will manage inbound and outbound calls, utilize computer systems for issue resolution, and negotiate payment plans, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide coverage for all incoming calls and inquiries from patients
  • Utilize various computer systems to resolve patient billing questions and document interactions
  • Negotiate with patients to resolve financial liabilities and educate them on financial assistance programs
Required qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, collections, or a call center environment
  • Bilingual certification through Alta Language Testing
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of excellent customer service behaviors
