Job Summary
To assist patients with billing inquiries and ensure satisfaction, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Associate will manage inbound and outbound calls, utilize computer systems for issue resolution, and negotiate payment plans, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide coverage for all incoming calls and inquiries from patients
- Utilize various computer systems to resolve patient billing questions and document interactions
- Negotiate with patients to resolve financial liabilities and educate them on financial assistance programs
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, collections, or a call center environment
- Bilingual certification through Alta Language Testing
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of excellent customer service behaviors
