Job Summary

Seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, the full-time remote position will manage inbound customer inquiries, provide exceptional service by explaining benefit coverage, and assist clients with insurance cases while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy
  • Open and manage insurance cases, guiding clients through their service needs
  • Accurately enter and research customer data, interpret policies, and initiate claims as needed
Required qualifications
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in a customer service call center environment is highly preferred
  • Fluency in French is required for this role
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule between 6:30am and 12:30am Eastern Time
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities, including typing while engaging with customers
