Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field inbound calls from customers and assist with inquiries regarding services and website navigation
  • Resolve customer issues by researching and providing information or escalating unresolved problems
  • Maintain call center database and keep equipment operational by following established procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of Customer Service or Call Center experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a must
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a structured environment adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements
