Job Summary

Providing remote support, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator will manage inbound customer inquiries, assist with service-related questions, and navigate website functionalities while ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities
  • Field inbound calls and clarify customer inquiries regarding services and website access
  • Research and resolve customer issues, implementing solutions or escalating as necessary
  • Maintain the call center database by accurately entering information and fulfilling customer requests
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of Customer Service or Call Center experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish is essential
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; PC literacy required
  • Ability to handle customer interactions professionally, including managing difficult conversations
