Job Summary
Providing remote support, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator will manage inbound customer inquiries, assist with service-related questions, and navigate website functionalities while ensuring a high level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Field inbound calls and clarify customer inquiries regarding services and website access
- Research and resolve customer issues, implementing solutions or escalating as necessary
- Maintain the call center database by accurately entering information and fulfilling customer requests
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- Bilingual in Spanish is essential
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; PC literacy required
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally, including managing difficult conversations
