Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a customer service manager or in a related field
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
- Experience working with BPOs is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of customer service software, systems, and tools
