Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Professional for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent service within the call center for customers' retirement savings accounts
  • Educate and empower customers on retirement plans without making cold calls or sales
  • Process contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and general account changes

Required Qualifications:
  • Availability to work a 40-hour work week, including occasional Saturdays
  • Associate's degree or higher with at least one year of customer service experience or two or more years of customer service experience
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Financial Services or call center experience is a plus
  • Desire to engage with customers over the phone and adapt communication style to a diverse customer base
