Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Loan Servicing).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to update clients
• Assist clients with modifications to their program and maintain accurate records in the CRM
• Provide outstanding customer service while following communication procedures and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Proficient typing skills for accurate data entry
• Fundamental understanding of computer operations
