Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to consumers, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will respond to inquiries via phone, text, and chat while working remotely and adhering to a fixed schedule.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming communications and troubleshoot consumer product issues
  • Provide product information and recommendations based on consumer needs
  • Log customer interactions accurately using various CRM tools in compliance with standards
Required qualifications:
