Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to consumers, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will respond to inquiries via phone, text, and chat while working remotely and adhering to a fixed schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications and troubleshoot consumer product issues
- Provide product information and recommendations based on consumer needs
- Log customer interactions accurately using various CRM tools in compliance with standards
Required qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and French
- Experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Ability to work with multiple systems and communication channels simultaneously
- Strong understanding of customer service etiquette and quality assurance standards
- Willingness to undergo intensive training and self-study
