Job Summary
To support customer needs, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage email communications, conduct outbound calls, and document customer transactions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review and respond to all email communications within 24 hours
- Conduct outbound calls and document all customer interactions in the host system
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and safeguard PHI in accordance with security policies
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of call center experience
- Six months of healthcare claims experience
- Basic mathematical and intermediate typing skills
- Ability to work in a private, distraction-free environment
