Job Summary

To support customer needs, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage email communications, conduct outbound calls, and document customer transactions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and respond to all email communications within 24 hours
  • Conduct outbound calls and document all customer interactions in the host system
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and safeguard PHI in accordance with security policies
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Six months of healthcare claims experience
  • Basic mathematical and intermediate typing skills
  • Ability to work in a private, distraction-free environment
