Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a temporary to permanent remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and provide prompt and accurate information to callers
• Guide callers through troubleshooting and provide detailed case statuses and next steps
• Navigate necessary websites to assist callers

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Residency in any state except CA, IL, AZ, CO, WA, MD, NM, D.C. & PR
• High-speed internet access with minimum 10 MBPS upload speed and 100 MBPS download speed
• Ability to use a provided ethernet cord and be hardwired into the server
• Ability to read, write, and speak English (Bilingual in Spanish preferred)
