Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer 80+ inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers
  • Assist primarily Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries and payment plans
  • Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while maintaining performance goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Professional fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications
