Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer 80+ inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers
- Assist primarily Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries and payment plans
- Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while maintaining performance goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish
- Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications
