Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Credit Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls or chats from customers regarding service orders and payment arrangements
• Negotiate and process payment arrangements while documenting account activities accurately
• Educate customers on account status, identity documents, and payment options

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA degree preferred
• Call Center or Collections experience preferred
• Possess computer/technology savvy for multitasking during customer interactions
• Excellent attendance and a dedicated workspace free from distractions
