Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Part Time) in McAllen, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls
• Schedule transportation reservations for healthcare appointments and check their status
• Interact with health plan members, transportation providers, and healthcare facilities, while routing calls to relevant internal teams

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high call volume atmosphere
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and NEMT guidelines is preferred
• Knowledge of health insurance programs and benefits is preferred
