Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Part Time and Full Time Spanish/English Customer Service Agent Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide accurate information
• Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and maintain records of interactions

Required Qualifications

• Proven customer support experience or client service representative experience
• Minimum of one year of high-volume call center experience
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred, but not required
• Experience with both inbound and outbound call environments
• Proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Office applications
