Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative *Chinese Bilingual*.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from members, providers, and other stakeholders, documenting all interactions
  • Assist members with appointment scheduling, eligibility verification, and resolving concerns
  • Communicate effectively with members regarding authorization status, complaints, and outreach projects
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • At least one year of customer service experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Bilingual in Cantonese or Mandarin
  • Previous work experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
