Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative *Chinese Bilingual*.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from members, providers, and other stakeholders, documenting all interactions
- Assist members with appointment scheduling, eligibility verification, and resolving concerns
- Communicate effectively with members regarding authorization status, complaints, and outreach projects
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- At least one year of customer service experience or equivalent education and experience
- Bilingual in Cantonese or Mandarin
- Previous work experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
