Job Summary

- Meet established activity targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications & Key Competencies:
- 2+ years of technical/product support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, at a moderate level
- At least one year of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment preferred
- A college or university degree is an asset
