Job Summary

  • Handle a moderate to high volume of customer calls daily, providing fast and effective solutions
  • Meet established activity targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications & Key Competencies:
  • 2+ years of technical/product support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, at a moderate level
  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment preferred
  • A college or university degree is an asset
