Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in both English and Spanish
  • Assist patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and pharmacies with inquiries and scheduling, resolving issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain organized records of all interactions


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Quiet, private workspace at home with a wired high-speed internet connection
  • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows/Office applications and ability to operate computer equipment
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (bilingual candidates required)
