Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center - Bilingual Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers' inquiries and insurance policy needs through inbound calls
• Care for customers recently in accidents by setting up new claim reports
• Offer additional products to customers during interactions

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
• Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
• Customer service experience
• Availability for full-time work including evenings and weekends
