- Support customers' inquiries and insurance policy needs through inbound calls
- Care for customers recently in accidents by setting up new claim reports
- Offer additional products to customers during interactions
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
- Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
- Customer service experience
- Availability for full-time work including evenings and weekends
