Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is a Spanish and English speaker for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through multiple channels (call, chat, email)
- Assist clients by offering solutions and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
- Manage and strengthen customer relationships to ensure excellent service
Required Qualifications
- Advanced spoken and written Spanish skills (C1+)
- Intermediate spoken and written English skills (B2+)
- Availability to work five days a week, including weekends
- Ability to work in rotating shifts for 8 hours a day
- Good computer skills and ability to empathize in writing
