Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Responds to phone and email inquiries in French, providing information on insurance and annuity products
• Assesses customer needs and forwards requests to appropriate departments as necessary
• Translates for other business areas if bilingual in Spanish/English or French/English

Required Qualifications

• Experience in providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to speak French Canadian
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes
