Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Japanese).

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls and follow up on inquiries related to benefits, claims, enrollment, and account access
  • Navigate multiple internal systems to research information, update records, and log call details accurately
  • Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English to provide a positive customer experience and resolve issues
Qualifications
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both Japanese and English, with Japanese ideally as a first language
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of customer service experience
  • Experience in a phone-based, fast-paced environment while managing multiple systems
  • Call center, healthcare, or medical-related experience is a plus
