Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer over 80 inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers, primarily assisting Spanish-speaking customers
  • Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances and utilize multiple resources to resolve inquiries
  • Maintain performance goals and achieve proficiency in processes after completing a structured training program
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Professionally fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus
  • Able to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and performing alpha-numeric data entry
