Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Remote) who is fluent in Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inquiries from patients regarding account charges, insurance payments, and balances due
- Set up payment plans for patients and maintain communication regarding those plans
- Perform clerical duties such as collecting balances due and recording payments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1+ year of Customer Service/Call Center experience, preferably in medical or healthcare
- Knowledge of Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) is preferred
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent (GED); continuing education is preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment
