Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Correspondence Customer Service Representative II.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services via telephone and email
• Process transactions and provide accurate information based on customer needs
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and provide support to lower-level staff

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in Florida
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 7 am - 7 pm, Monday to Friday
