Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish & English) - Seasonal (Remote/WFH).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls addressing customer inquiries and complaints in a Financial/Bank Services environment
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while resolving service problems and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Escalate customer complaints to the Operations Supervisor when necessary and ensure efficient resolution
Required Qualifications and Education
  • At least 6 months of BPO experience
  • High school education completed
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Available to work Full-Time with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capable of handling escalated situations
