Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish & English) - Seasonal (REMOTE/WFH).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers' inquiries and complaints in a Financial/Bank Services environment
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while resolving service problems and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Address customer concerns through various communication channels and escalate complaints to the Operations Supervisor as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- High school education completed
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Ability to handle escalated situations and disputes
- Available to work Full-Time with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
