Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Concierge Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries from members and providers within defined service standards
  • Negotiate with providers for acceptance of plans without network agreements and assist members with benefits and healthcare questions
  • Document all calls received in the system-based call log
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D.; Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Customer Service / Call Center experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish with strong reading and writing abilities in both languages
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and computer navigation
  • Knowledge of provider organizations, networks, and CMS Medicare reimbursement rates is preferred
