Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Support Representative for remote patient customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer over 80 inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, primarily assisting Spanish-speaking customers
  • Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances and utilize multiple resources to resolve inquiries
  • Maintain performance goals and become proficient in processes after completing a structured training program
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with a focus on exceptional customer service
  • Previous medical and/or call center experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications
