Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Support Representative for remote patient customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer over 80 inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, primarily assisting Spanish-speaking customers
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances and utilize multiple resources to resolve inquiries
- Maintain performance goals and become proficient in processes after completing a structured training program
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with a focus on exceptional customer service
- Previous medical and/or call center experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications
