Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CSR I Operations Bilingual in the Pharr/Brownsville, TX area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for basic and routine inquiries through various channels
• Utilize a computerized system for tracking and troubleshooting customer issues
• Offer feedback on call trends and assist in improving processes and training

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Must be a US Citizen and reside within the Continental US
• Ability to obtain a favorable Federal suitability clearance post-hire
• Experience in a call center environment is highly preferred
