Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual - Remote - SCA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Medicare Appeal process by answering calls and resolving customer inquiries
  • Utilize automated systems for data entry and information retrieval
  • Maintain knowledge of internal policies and procedures, and adhere to HIPAA regulations


Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and the health insurance industry preferred
