Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mandarin, Cantonese, and English-speaking Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding benefits and eligibility in a courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information to resolve member and provider inquiries
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and educate customers on claims and authorizations
Required Qualifications
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role
  • Must reside in Oklahoma, Colorado, or Maryland
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in call center support and customer service preferred
