Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mandarin, Cantonese, and English-speaking Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding benefits and eligibility in a courteous manner
- Provide accurate information to resolve member and provider inquiries
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly and educate customers on claims and authorizations
Required Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role
- Must reside in Oklahoma, Colorado, or Maryland
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in call center support and customer service preferred
