Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Bilingual-SCA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Medicare Appeal process by answering calls and resolving customer inquiries
  • Maintain knowledge of internal policies and perform accurate data entry of information
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems while adhering to service level standards
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Ability to research issues related to Medicaid program and service eligibility
  • PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
