Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Bilingual-SCA.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Medicare Appeal process by answering calls and resolving customer inquiries
- Maintain knowledge of internal policies and perform accurate data entry of information
- Investigate and resolve customer problems while adhering to service level standards
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Ability to research issues related to Medicaid program and service eligibility
- PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
