Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer over 80 inbound calls daily from patients and insurance carriers, primarily assisting Spanish-speaking customers
• Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances and utilize multiple resources to resolve inquiries
• Maintain performance goals and become proficient in processes through a structured training program

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Professionally fluent in both English and Spanish
• Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate multiple computer applications
• Proficiency in alpha-numeric data entry
