Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance and support for individuals self-directing Medicaid services and their caregivers
  • Handle 40+ inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
  • Maintain knowledge of company systems and sensitive information handling procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills required
  • High school graduate or equivalent, with one year of customer support experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of modern office procedures and methods
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, email, and internet
  • CRM experience and/or Medicaid experience is a plus
