Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and support for individuals self-directing Medicaid services and their caregivers
- Handle 40+ inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of company systems and sensitive information handling procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills required
- High school graduate or equivalent, with one year of customer support experience preferred
- Working knowledge of modern office procedures and methods
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, email, and internet
- CRM experience and/or Medicaid experience is a plus
