Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Vietnamese / English).

Key Responsibilities

• Work shifts between 8 am to 8 pm CST, totaling 40 hours per week
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Provide support in both English and Vietnamese

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Prior overnight and 3rd shift work experience (preferred)
