Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Support Representative for Patient Billing, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer over 80 inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers, primarily in Spanish
• Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances and resolve inquiries using multiple resources
• Maintain performance goals and become proficient in processes after completing training

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of work experience
• Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English
