Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Support Representative for Patient Billing (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer over 80 inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers, primarily assisting Spanish-speaking customers
• Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances and utilize multiple resources to resolve inquiries
• Maintain performance goals and achieve proficiency in processes after completing structured training

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of work experience
• Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English
