Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultative telephonic and web-based assistance to Child Care Providers and Enrollment Specialists
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance benefits, eligibility, and claims in a professional manner
• Document information and activities for accurate tracking and analysis while adhering to quality assurance guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to use Spanish up to 35% of the time
• Knowledge of health benefits, eligibility, and enrollment processes preferred
• Ability to learn new software and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Proficient organizational and time management skills
